Welcome to the Coedpenmaen Baptist Church Healing Rooms page.
The National Association of Healing Rooms England (Charity
Registration Number 1125094) is part of the International
Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR) based in Spokane, Washington,
USA. It oversees all the IAHR Healing Rooms in England and is based
in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
We have a vision to see every town and city in England with at least
one Healing Room and many Healing Rooms in larger cities. This is
part of a wider vision to see Healing Rooms set in around the world.
The first IAHR Healing Room in the UK opened in Halifax, West
Yorkshire at the end of January 2003. There are now 49 registered
IAHR Healing Rooms in England and if you include those in Wales,
Scotland and Northern Ireland the total is 80 Healing Rooms.
Worldwide there are 1,000 Healing Rooms in 43 nations all linked
together through IAHR.
Each Healing Room ministry team consists of a group of volunteer
Christians from several local churches, joining in unity to see the
body of Christ (the church) restored and then to take the glorious
gospel of Jesus Christ into the world with demonstration of healing.
Our goal is to establish uniformity and accountability in each work
by offering, through an association, the tools to properly equip
each Healing Room.
Our focus is and must be on the presence and power of the Holy
Spirit to work through us to heal the sick. More info. here -

Are you in need of prayer? Coedpenmaen Baptist’s Healing Rooms is
open on a Wednesday from 3.00 – 5.00 with the specific purpose to
pray for people who are in need of healing be it physical, mental,
emotional or spiritual. Our team will respect your confidentiality
and are waiting to comfort, reassure and intercede.
Many people who have come in for prayer have found relief from
illness. One of the letters sent to the Healing Rooms’ team is
below:
"Thank you for all the love, support and prayers I’ve received
from all my friends in the Healing Rooms. Family and Friends say how
well I look and it’s all down to you. I take great comfort in all
that’s been done for me. I am truly blessed with your help."
